What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Sweaty Palms And Night Sweats?

I started exercising(jogging 3.8 miles a day: most days and multiple sets of pushups and situps) 6 months ago and have lost about 20 pounds. 5 days ago I stopped eating and although hungry cannot seem to want to eat my meals after a bite or two (no vomiting but what little I eat goes straight through me). I have also started having sweaty palms pretty much all the time and heavy sweating in bed at night. I do not feel bad at all and I don't think I have any other symptoms and life is going on as usual with the exception of sweat and hunger. What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
From the history given here this does not seems any problem and neither this is kind of any disease and no need to worry about this, because this may be due to some functional condition and emotional stress could be the reason for this, just take this easy and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
