What Causes Loose Stools With Bloody Mucus?

the doctor told me i have dysentery due to my symptoms but when i have fecalysis my result was negative. no parasitic or ova found. my stool was okey right now. Its not watery but before there is bloody mucus. My question is is it possible to have dysentery even my fecalysis result is negative? Thank you

WELL REGARDING YOUR SYMPTOMS IT COULD BE LABELLED AS DYSENTRY BUT AS DYSENTRY IS CAUSED BY VARIOUS ORGANISMS WHICH ERODE SPECIALLY THE COLONIC WALL RESULTING FROM INFLAMMATION LEADING TO BLOODY DIARRHEA WHICH HAVE DIFFERENT INCUBATION PERIODS,SO IF THE STOOL CULTURE IS PERFORMED DURING THE INCUBATION PERIOD IT WOULD BE NEGATIVE,SECONDALY IF STOOL CULTURE IS PERFORMED AFTER THE START OF MEDICATION IT WOULD BE NEGATIVE AGAIN.SO IT CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT A PERSON CAN HAVE DYSENTRY WITHOUT POSITIVE CULTURES.
