HI...this is completely normal fora breast fed baby. It might be especially so if the baby is being top fed too. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Your baby doesn't have any problem that should be treated. Please be rest assured.
