Hello ma'am and welcome.

The increased frequency of bowel movements during pregnancy, especially during the second and third trimesters is due to the pressure the growing uterus applies on the bowels. This makes you want to visit the toilet frquently and does not let you hold your bowels for long. This is perfectly normal and is nothing to worry about.

As for the bad breath this also could be due to a hormonal effect, but it would still be better to visit a doctor to rule out conditions of the gastrointestinal tract and halitosis.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
