What Causes Loose Stools And Abdomen Pain?

hi.. i am 30 years old, been having two weeks of loose stool and abdominal pain...i have taken metronidazole for one week but still have abdominal pain, on and off and loose stool. have checked my stool, there is no occult blood, no ova and cyst, but starch granules are indigested..what could be the problem and what should i do?
