What Causes Loose Smelly Stools After Having Food?

My 3 year old has had loose stools since Mid Aug. They are foul smelling and runny. She ran a low grade fever. Doc has tested her urine samples twice now and say she's fine. We did an abdomen x-ray 2 weeks ago - thought she was impacted so they suggested MiraLax, pear juice, caro syrup. we did the caro syrup tonight because nothing has changed. We took her to the chiropractor and her running nose stopped. Today at daycare she had another wet runny diaper and a runny nose. She doesn't act sick. She had red rings under her eyes. We've stopped giving her apple juice. She eats fine but after a few bites says her tummy is full. Lately she doubles over and then has a massive wet messy smelly diaper and she's fine. What next????

Foul smelling stool may be due to some of the following reason like an intestinal infection or an intestinal disease that prevents your intestines from absorbing nutrients from your food.
Dairy protein and other food allergies, Celiac disease, carbohydrate intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease.

Go for stool examination and consult your doctor.
