What Causes Loose Motions, Burning Sensation In Chest After Having Spicy Food?

hi
i have gastric problem from many years. when ever i take spicy hotel food , for three to four days i will have slight loose motion and burning sensation in chest. then two three days i will take omez or panadoc , after that i will be ok. is there any serious problem for me

I understand your concern. Regarding your symptoms, it seems like you are having gastroesophageal reflux, which means that your stomach content enters your oesophagus, which leads to burning sensation in your chest. Spicy food is a trigger which leads to this reflux, so my suggestion is to avoid spicy food and other food which leads to this symptoms. This is the best therapy if your problems appear only by eating this kind of food.
If your symptomps progress visit your GP to make proper examination.
