Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from side effect of the antibiotic and loose motions is one of the most common side effect of antibiotic intake..
This happens because antibiotics kills the good bacteria present in intestines along with the harmful bacteria and it leads to disturbance in the complex functioning of the intestines leading to diarrhea..
As you are not very frequent and going 3 to 4 times a day, you need not to worry as it will be resolved soon..
As of ow you can take a soft diet with more of probiotics like Yoghurt that will help in replenishing good bacteria in intestines..
Take rice, cereals and bananas..
Drink ample of water..
Avoid excess of milk and dairy..
In case if you still do not improve then you can take Loperaminde or Furazolidone for reducing the diarrhea..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
