What Causes Loose Motion And Chest Pain After Taking Mucaine Gel?

after taking mucaine gel i feel i am getting loose motion. and now in mid night i feel more chest pain. doctor prescribed me mucaine gel to take once 2 tsp before meal. but since getting chest pain more i am unable to sleep so that i took one more dose of same. but no effect. what is the problem please suggest me.

5. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.
