Hi I have a concerning question. My son is 3 and since last Saturday he has had bowel movements at least 4 or more a day. This has never happened before. The stools are soft pasty and light colored sometimes it s a lot or sometime it s not. I have to keep Vaseline on his bottom cause he is going so much it sometime look red or bumpy. The smell is really bad. He hasn t been sick or running a fever. Is this something that I should be concerned about and take him to a doctor or what could cause this? Thanks
