What Causes Loose Bowel Movements, Vomiting, Nausea And Tiredness?

should I be concerned, I started with very loose bowel movements yesterday. It s happened before so I didn t think a lot of it until this morning when I woke I had to vomit seemed anything I had eaten the night before. After I finally felt a little better I tried eating toast and scrambled eggs which I seemed to be feeling better so I continued on to my plans for the day. I felt a little weak but better, until after I got out of the pool, I tried sitting in the sun to dry but got to feeling so sick decided to move inside. I made it home tried to eat a little more but am feeling nausea again and feeling some aches in my extremeties.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your health. It seems to me you are suffering with food poisoning.

As your symptoms are loose motions, nausea and vomiting also generalized body aches and dizziness.

All above symptoms are associated with food
poisoning and dehydration. As you loose more and more water thorough vomiting and loose stools you become dehydrated and feel no energy and generalized body aches.

You need to take plenty of water as well as boiled food.
You must take ORS which will maintain your electrolyte balance.
If you feel feverish, blood in stools and associated above symptoms, you may need to visit a general physician to recommend you the proper antibiotics for gastritis.
