What Causes Loose Bowel Movement?

i m suffering from loose motion they r not watery.my creatinine is 2.5 tacrolimus level is 3.3 my medicine are prograf 1mg 2+0+2(from last month) ,cellcept 500mg 2+0+2(from last 4 years) and prednisolone 5mg daily.i had my kidney transplant in april 2007.my weight is 50kg.age 28years and height is 5'5ft.
