What Causes Loose Bowel Movement Shortly After Eating?

I did a cleanse a few years ago, and passed my gallstones and have not had pain since, however, I am noticing that I will have an urgency to have a bowel movement shortly after eating and it is very loose. My colonoscopy a week ago was clean. What does this indicate?

Here according to history nothing seems serious ....
Your Colonoscopy report also normal....
So it could be simple functional bowel disease ...
You need dietary and life style modification ..

Eat more fruits routinely ....
Drink more water. .
Avoid non veg foods like meat ....
Avoid smoking. ...
Avoid excess tea, coffe ....
Stress should not be taken as it can aggravate GI condition ....

Regular exercise done. ..
Take probiotic tablet supplement ..

Fiber food included in diet like wheat bran , whole grain etc ...

Consult gastroenterologist if not improving ....

Take care ...
