What Causes Loos Green Stools?

Hi i'm a 25 year old female. I'm 5'4 200lbs and i have had loose green stools for over a week. It is worse when i eat. I don't eat anything bad either. I dont eat fried or greasy foods. I have been watching what i eat for 2 months. I eat low fat, low cal, and high protein if i can. But my stomach seems to get upset over anything. Last night i had grilled chicken and green beans and it still happened.

HI
Well come HCM
Thank for asking
your query being appreciated, green stool most of the time happening due to less food taken, second it could be due to viral infection that only affects the digestive function and it is nothing to worry once the course of disease overs then it comes around, but for the less food taken you need to eat properly, have balance diet and do not be on starvation, over all it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
