What Causes Little White Flat Bumps Inside Right Nostril?

I have two little white flat hard bumps inside my right nostril on the septum towards the outside of the nostril . My nose is a little sore in that area. My nose is almost always clogged because I have a deviated septum as is. I m nervous this is something bad. I just started taking a Z pak antibiotc for something unrelated . If this is an infection or something will the z pak clear it ? Could this be something serious ?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of 2 little white hard bumps inside right nostril on the septum towards the outside of the nostril.
There is soreness, blockage due to deviated septum.
The lesions you have looks to be inspissated sebaceous cyst hence hard as they appear in this area.
You should get your deviated nasal septum operated as this will improve your health
