What Causes Liquid Diarrhea And Vomiting?
I ve had liquid diarrhea for almost 24 hours, and now vomiting twice in the last 4 hours. My last bowel movement smelled like fish, which I have not ate in weeks. I m worried since I ve had a total colectomy from colon cancer and my gall bladder removed all in the last year.

this can be pseudomonas infection, so don't neglect it ,get your stool tested, and take the appropriate antibiotic
