Hi, dark discolouration of lips could be a condition known as Central Cyanosis. This is seen in Cyanotic Congenital heart disease. If the child is asymptomatic at this point then their is no need to worry. Consult a doctor and get an ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY done. The child might land up in some problem later.
