What Causes Lightheadedness While Turning Head After An Injury?
Hello, I was rear-ended last Friday, I went to the ER, and the doctor said that I only got a muscle strained. I noticed that every time I turn my head I feel lightheaded and I also feel pressure on one side of my head. I ve been trying to get a doctor to check me out, but they don t want to deal with patients that have been involved in car accidents.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be vertigo and this could be due to vestibular dysfunction some time this may be because of viral infection on tentative basis this can be managed with Tab Betahistine 16 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
