What Causes Lightheadedness And Breathlessness?

I have been experiencing shortness of breath and a little light headed after physical activity. Normally I will be able to get my second breath and continue with no problem. It has happened in the past but after a day or so of rest I am fine. Within the last 2 weeks it has continued to persist.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Shortness on breath and dizziness on activity can be commonly related to the heart, lungs or systemic conditions such as anemia.

To determine the cause, your doctor will need to take a through history of your symptoms including any history of chest pain ,previous heart or lung disease, bleeding, hypertension, high cholesterol, smoking, diabetes

Blood tests, imaging and an ECG may be needed

I hope this helps
