It is possible that the bleeding is related to the
urinary tract (bladder,
urethra,
ureter and kidneys) and not the genital tract.
The most common causes for bleeding from
the urinary tract would be infection, stones, trauma,
bleeding disorder, kidney disease, side effect of medication, mass in the urinary tract
Out of these causes, infection is most common.
It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination, urine analysis.
If infection is confirmed then antibiotics would be given.
If another cause is suspected then further tests such as imaging, may be needed.
