General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection - Tinea versicolor. If you send a picture of it thn it will be more helpful in analysing the condition. In case of Tinea versicolor using ketoconazole soap and Terbinafine (Lamisil) lotion for local application will be helpful to clear this. Change sweaty clothes in time. Taking vitamin C daily is also helpful to clear this faster.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
