General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Concerning your history of light bleeding after several heavy menses following intake of fertility pills I am suggesting that you are not pregnant

Hence please do an obstetric scan to confirm if you have a conception

Regarding your use of depo-provera one of its side effects is excessive menstrual blood flow as well as intermenstural bleeding so please see your gynecologist physician for further clinical assessment and re-evaluation of your medication

I hope this helps Regards
