What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps After Having Unsafe Sex?
I had unprotected sex and my bf ejaculated a little inside me. He didn t pull out right away. Well I thought I was pregnant but then my period came. My period is a bit unusual. It s been very light but I have been cramping badly. Is there a way I could be pregnant? Should I wait till my next period to tell if I m pregnant or not?
Having unprotected sex always carries a risk of getting pregnant. Even with little ejaculation inside, there is a great degree of possibility to become pregnant.
By going through your description, it appears that you have not got your periods right and also experiencing cramps, which do not happen normally.
It is better you confirm why this could have happened right away and not to wait until next period, as, by chance you are pregnant, it could be too late.
You can get the following investigations done and consult Gynecologist with the report for evaluation and management. 1. Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT) 2. beta-HCG levels in serum 3. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS)
Wish you all the best.
