What Causes Light Headedness, Nausea, Sweating And Gastric Pain?

I had cramps similar to gas pains that got increasingly worst in a matter of seconds....I was unable to move, felt lightheaded, nauseous, and was sweating....after about 15 minutes the pain went away but I was still very uncomfortable for about 2 days....what could it be....and it has happened at least 3 times in the last 6 months

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms might be happening due to dyspepsia and infection if this is the abdominal cramp, and it can be managed on tentative basis with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, and "Tab Metronidazole 400mg" twice in day for three days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
