What Causes Light Headedness, Body Tremors And Mild Nausea?

Hi there, I had a strange experience today where I suddenly felt light headed, shaky, and slightly nauseous. It also felt like maybe I was breaking out in hives as I felt itching on my chest, tricep area, and ears but no hives. I didn t eat anything different or new than normal. It passed within 15 minutes or so. Just wondering if you might have any insight. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there! Thank you for writing us here.
What I suspect is an episode of hypotension which is characterised by symptoms like trembling and shaking of legs and hands, sweating, nausea, anxiety and abnormal sensations sometimes. Mostly people blackout for a minute or two and recover easily.
It could be if you skipped your meal or maybe anaemic and several reasons are there.
I would suggest you to have a heavy meal and also high carb meal for a couple of days so you have enough glucose in your blood so you won't feel the same again. Eat properly and drink lots of water okay? You'll be alright.
Regards,
Dr Gunjan
