What Causes Light Headedness Along With Pins And Needles In Legs?

I am experiencing a feeling of being light headed and have had an ECG which showed I may have had a heart attack. However do not have chest pains and do not have palpitations. I have been prescribed Zapril 0.5 mm and aspiring. I am waiting to see a Cardiologist but am suffering from severe anxiety and the light headed feeling has become worse. A new symptom is pins and needles in my legs and arms. Should I seek attention asap?

I really appreciate your concern, this is does not seems anything like cardiac disease because if it is so then it would have been detected in ECG second option is ECHO better to get this done, it is even advisable to get done the repeat ECG, try to stay away from anxiety and depression, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
