What Causes Light And Short Periods Despite Taking Medroxy Progesterone?

I went to the OBGYN and she prescribed me medroxyprogesterone because my periods have become very light and shorter for the past three months. The day she prescribed them my period started which was between one or two weeks ago. A hour ago I began bleeding again and it still light. Is this normal and I am trying to conceive as well.

HI
Well come to HCM
With the history of irregular period chances of conception is little less some time this may happens, but if you are one some hormone therapy then you need to wait till you finished the course of this, irregular bleeding is not normal one neither this is abnormal unless proved some pathology, otherwise this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
