What Causes Lethargic Feel And Sleeplessness?

I feel tired all the time, have naps during the day and can't sleep at night. I also feel mentally unalert most of the time and my eyes are often foggy or sore. I don't know why though because I get enough execise and have a reasonably balanced diet. I am 14 years old, weigh 114 pounds and am 5 foot 2/3.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling tired during the day is due to reduced sleep during night.
Reduced sleep during night can cause tiredness, decreased alertness, foggy and sore eyes etc.
Adequate sleep during night is required.
Night sleep can be improved by avoiding beverages before sleep, doing regular exercise, sleeping well in time and avoiding late sleeping.
If insomnia remains even after these measures, you will need to consult your primary health care provider.

Thanks and take care
