Hi dr. I am 36 old female un married. I had long periods like 15 days in oct n nov . I did my pelvic usg .shows all ok its just that report sugests hormonal correlation pls guide how severe is this n what to do. I had malaria n dengue in sept I consumed heavy medicines

Usually this is from sex hormonal disturbance. But,we need to rule out causes like hypothyroidism also.
