What Causes Legs Sleeping?

Hi, I am a 25 year old male and I weigh 89kg. I work out once to twice a week. However, I recently started feeling my legs going to sleep while sitting in a yoga position which did not use to happen. Is it related to a serious health problem?

Many thanks,

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be a vascular problem like atherosclerosis, or a deficiency symptom.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin,B1,6,and 12. multivitamins, and diclofenac.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
