What Causes Leg Swelling Post Hip Resurfacing?

I had hip resurfacing on 10-6-15. Spent three nights in hospital. I am now home. I noticed that I have swelling all down my operated leg. I m taking oxy for pain, celebrex for inflammation and eliquis as blood thinner. I am a bit worried about the swelling. any help?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most common post operative even is infection and it gives the swelling so it need to be ruled out till then any NSAID can be used for swelling but it is important to inform the surgeon about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
