What Causes Leg, Pelvic And Back Pain With Low Grade Fever?

I was seen in the er 3 days ago for pelvic pain, shooting sharp pains down both legs, low grade fever, back pain. Received CT scan. Result was said to be there was evidence of a ruptured cyst and symptoms will improve within 3 days or so.. nothing has improved...if anything has gotten worse. I am scheduled for an ob visit tomorrow but am concerned if I should even wait that long .

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have leg, pelvic and back pain with low grade fever . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , urinary tract infection , kidney infection , kidney stones , abscess or viral pharyngitis . But in your case the symptoms are due to rupture cyst , which is not getting better . I would suggest you to consult doctor without any delay otherwise the infection can spread to surroundings and complicate the situation and rule out other condition . Doctor may also prescribe antiviral drug in case of viral infection . For now drink plenty of water and apply warm compresses on back .
