I have been checked for neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes negative. My hands and my feet hurt so bad.I try to run my feet but my hands are in so much pain I m not able .The pain is constant . It is not just pins and needles its as thu their also strained.Like they were run over

These symptoms seem to be related to generalised calcium and vitamin deficiency.

Get your blood calcium,vitamin D levels checked.

Start on appropriate supplements.

EMG and NCV studies will help.
