What Causes Leg Ankle Swelling, Intermittent Upper Left Stomach Pain, Tiredness And Skin Itching?

Hi Good Morning..My brother has symptoms of leg ankle swelling, intermittent upper left stomach pain, tiredness and skin itching..and he consult a doctor in our village. in the Ultrasound scan , the impression was said : tiny well defined lesion was seen in the right lobe of the liver. Doctor told usually most of the people will have this and not a bug issue. but after taking some tablets..he still some time getting ankle swelling and other symptoms i said earlier

I really appreciate your concern for your brother and from the history given here I could say that this may be arthritis changes if I would be his doctor then I would treat him with the following medicine Tab Acetaminophen and Diclofenac, blood glucose level is important, and get done this, if this is normal then steroid can be tried, take care and have a nice day.
