Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned it is called as tennis elbow for which you need a physical examination first. Treatment of it is physiotherapy first like -

(a)your doctor will evaluate your movements involved with your job tasks to determine the best steps to reduce stress on your injured tissue.

(b)The physiotherapist will teach you exercises to gradually stretch and strengthen your muscles, especially the muscles of your forearm.

(c)Your doctor may suggest you to wear a forearm strap or brace to reduce stress on the injured tissue.

(d)Apply ICE 3 times per day.

If no result within 6 months then surgical treatment is required.

Hope that helps
