What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

hello doctor, i am an pcod patient i missied my periods for 4 days had symtoms of pregnancy i did pregnanacy test it was positive for 5 weeks , i had pain in left side of abdomen so my gyneglogist sugessted to do ultrasound scan to find the sac i did both abdominal and vaginal scan in that no sac was found , so i m really very confused and scared that i m pregnant or not its my first pregnancy, pls help me out

No, you are not pregnant.
Ultrasound is more specific and sensitive than routine pregnancy test. So if ultrasound is not showing any sac than you are not pregnant.
Positive pregnancy test is mostly due to hormonal imbalance. PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome) patients are known to have hormonal imbalance.
And this hormonal imbalance is the likely cause for your left abdominal pain.
So better to get done hormone levels and start hormone therapy according to the hormone levels.
