Hi Dear , As per your query you have ain in ear and left side of head along with throat pain and difficulty in swallowing . Well there can be m,any reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me thta there is ear infection which occur due to spread of infection from upper respiratory track to ear through eustahian tube and headache is also due to ear infection or otisis media . The throat infection can occur due to viral as well as bacterial . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist forroper diagnosis . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , blood test , examination with otoscope and CT scan of head and earto rule out causes like meniere s disease or migraine .
