So I ve been having chest pains which usually stay in the left side of my chest but sometimes appears in the center or right side. The muscles in the left side of my neck also feel really tensed up constantly and restricted breathing at one point. My throat has also had the sensation of closing up. My arms have also been getting short pulse like stabs of pain in my forearms in the flesh. The spot in the split of my ribs hurts constantly and I have nausea to the point I can t eat that much. I also get hit with waves of nausea randomly and after meals where I almost vomit up my meals. My legs have also started to feel like there is a massive pressure in the veins and they get weak when this feeling arrives. Also I have a cough that s been around for 4 months possibly longer. I really feel bad and really just want to know why I m feeling this way
