What Causes Large, Red Circle Between Breasts?

I have had a large red circle between my breast for about two years now. It appeared when I got pregnant with my son. It does not appear dry or flaky, and it does not hurt or itch. It is not raised or anything. Today I noticed a smaller circle appearing close to it. Do I need to see a dermatologist?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo between the breasts.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine if itching occurs.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
