What Causes Lack Of Oxygen With Breathing Issues?

Actually my mom is suffering from a problem where is is sometimes not able to breathe and we have to provide oxygen mask and then she gets very much weak for which doctor provides 2 bottles of glucose and some times she behaves like mad , she talk anything ...and does not remember afterwards
what it can be?pls help... she was in ICU for more than a week..

I really appreciate your concern for your mother, here you did not mentioned any thing about the disease she has, if she is already in ICU then no need to worry the medical team would take a great care of your mother, I would have given some advise if I would know the diagnosis or a anything detail about the disease she has, take care and have a nice day.
