What Causes Lack Of Focus And Forgetfulness Despite Taking Adderall?
Ive suffered adhd and terrible memory and focus my whole life. For whatever reason i cannot for the life of me find a dr to prescribe me adderall. Its the only drug that helps and im sick to death of dealing with the absolute disaster of my short term memory. I cant focus on any task and complete it before im on to the next. Im inpatient and extremely forgetful and have no organization whatsoever. My mind races with no hopes of slowin down. Im fidgety and im frankly sick of it. Im 28 now and it was ok it was easier to deal with when i was younger but i cant keep living this way help please

As I can see you have a past history of ADHD which has improved to Aderall, and now these symtpoms are troubling you again.
Well, I would suggest to see a psychiatrist as he can get a detailed work up done and check if there is not an emergence of new diagnoses. Depending on which he can prescribe you meds that you will have to follow for adequate duration.
If not Aderall, then different combination of drugs can be tried,
