What Causes Lack Of Ejaculation Post Inguinal Hernia Surgery?
After inguinal hernia surgery, both sides, I have virtually no ejaculation, just what appears a few drops of prostate fluid. Can the vas deference be squeezed shut by surgery with mesh (left side) and without mesh (right side)? Can the problem be reversed after 1-1/2 years?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern that you are unable to ejaculate after inguinal hernia surgery. This could be due to presence of edema, which would compress surrounding structures post surgery. It might take about a month to heal completely. Try the act gradually and by 3 months it should happen normally. Otherwise, get an ultrasound abdomen done to know what could be the possible cause for it and take consultation from Surgeon in this regard. Hope the information provided would be useful. All the best.
