Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of loss of appetite, only thirst; took fiber one bar, silk, white chocolate mocha, mushroom and pork for dinner, spaghetti but wanted to puck at the end of eating it. This happens to you on eating a lot or on brushing teeth.
This means that your lower esophageal sphincter is weak allowing the regurge causing the GERD, that is
gastroesophageal reflux disease and may be accompanied by
gastritis or some intestinal problems.
It is possible that at the moment you have all these problems hence you want to vomit.
I would advise you the following:
Upper GI
Endoscopy,
Barium swallow study under fluoroscopic control and the added treatment as per the reports.
You may need a combination of PPI, antacid and
domperidone.
Eat small frequent feeds.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause or enhance this problem.
Tackle the stress and/or
anxiety.
And you will be fine.
