What Causes Knee Pain Even After Having Total Knee Replacement?

Hi my name is Jayne, I m 56yrs old, 15 months ago I had a total knee replacement, I have never lost the pain which caused me to have the replacement, my knee bend is 109, I m in pain when I sit and can only walk for a little while, I have lost my job which was nurseling because I m still having these problems, I m under the surgeon and he has says they will take me in and open my knee up, but he is not saying what he thinks it could be.

total knee replacement does not include patella which could be the problem if you could tell me the pain area exactly i can help more
