What Causes Knee And Hip Joint Pain?

for the last few weeks I ve been noticed joint pain. Knees, hips, knuckles....it s getting to where I don t like walking up stairs, and I have always been extremely active, on average 15-20,000 steps per day.45 year old white male, no prior health issues at all.

Hi!

I can understand your concern!

I my clinic, I would advise the patient:

1. Please check your B12, D3 and Calcium levels checked.

2. The walking you have written, 15-20,000 steps, needs lots of proteins in diet. Also you need lots of water. Please check your diet.

3. Proper rest is needed after this much walking

4. If the vitamin levels are low, you may need vitamin supplements.

5. Also check your Uric acid levels. If they are on higher side, you may need medicines.

6. Please consult a local physician with reports.

You may also consult HCM.
