Hello Thanks for query . Pain in kidney area could be either due to spasm of back muscle or stone in kidney . Since you do not have any other urinary symptoms or hematuria or vomiting the possibility of pain is more likely to be due to muscle spasm.However this has t be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified urologist and doing ultrasound scanning og abdomen and pelvis . Taking pain killers and antibiotic should resolve the issue . Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis Dr.Patil.
