What Causes Joint Pains In Shoulders, Wrists, Knees, Ankles With Ankles Swelling?

i have had sudden joint pain in both shoulders wrists knees and ankles knees hurt so bad i can barely walk with a limp also both calfs and ankles swell very large if i stand to long this all suddenly started 1 week ago now today also have a large red rash on both lower calfs and pain shooting down my left arm from bicep to wrist and down right leg from knee to ankle also terrible dry cough and difficulty breathing
