What Causes Joint Pain After Taking Diflucan?

Hi, I was prescribed Diflucan on Sunday 11/20/2016. This morning when I woke up I have severe joint and muscle pain, and have felt a little chilled. Do you think this is a side effect or do you think I may be getting the flu? I have no other flu symptoms.
