Hi, I have sudden symptoms. they started 6 weeks ago, and not going away. Mild ache in joints(limbs), extreme fatigue and sleepiness, muscle weakness, loss of appetite. No hep A, B or C. My tiredness goes away with 2-3 hour bed rest. I am a healthy 37 y. o . female otherwise. My sleepiness is getting progressively worse. I dont have depression or any autoimmune/inflammatory issues, blood and urine are normal , but for low iron, 22 bilirubin (which I had for years). I am puzzled, because I cannot look after my three kids starting from 3P.M. till at least 6. Doctors usually don t have answers. Please, help!
