Hi,
The jelly like substance in semen what you are talking about could be semen viscosity which is completely normal.

After the ejaculation, semen coagulates immediately and becomes coagulum( viscus fluid) which helps to keep semen inside vagina and after 15 to 20 minutes it is decoagulated by PSA enzymes present in seminal fluid.

This liquid semen goes and travels inside vaginal wall to fertilize the ova.

So,this jelly is actually nothing but only a viscosity.

Still,if you have any doubt about infection or hematospermia( blood in sperm) etc.You can go for semen examination.

If you are otherwise healthy then no need to worry as this completely normal.
Thanks
